As an investor and a collector, I find the history of the Pioneers and early Settlers of the west intriguing and fascinating. Which is why I look towards currency of the West as beautiful and distinct. My own families history has been a part of that, from relatives that came over on the Mayflower, and others that led Handcart Companies across the plains to Utah. Others immigrated from Germany settling in a new country, doing what they knew best - farming.
